This year, airlines have been rolling out Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales that have us dreaming about everything from a tropical escape to French Polynesia (courtesy of Air Tahiti Nui) to domestic explorations of cities we love (hello, Portland, San Diego, and Austin).
These are the best Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Cyber Week airline promotions that we have found this sale season, deals that just might make that dream trip or impulsive getaway come to life.
$700 round-trip to Tahiti from the West Coast
Air Tahiti Nui is offering limited-time airfare and excursion packages starting at $698 per person. Packages include round-trip airfare to Tahiti from Los Angeles International Airport or Seattle-Tacoma International Airport as well as round-trip ferry transportation. Travelers who book two or more flights will also receive a free excursion in Moorea. This deal is available for bookings made now until December 31, 2022, for travel between January 7 and March 31, 2023.
Take $100 off JetBlue round-trip fares
For two days only, you can save $100 on round-trip fares per person on JetBlue flights. To nab these savings, use the promo code “CYBER22” when booking directly through jetblue.com between November 28 and 29, 2022, for travel through October 26, 2023. Using that code, we were able to find a $200 round-trip fare from New York (JFK) to San Francisco with nonstop (and non red-eye!) flights over Martin Luther King Jr. Day weekend in 2023.
$741 round-trip to Bangkok with Cathay Pacific
If you have been missing travel to Asia, Cathay Pacific Airways has some enticing offers available through November 28 to inspire a return to the Far East. The Hong Kong-based carrier has discounted economy, premium economy, and business-class fares for flights to Asia from Boston (BOS), New York (JFK), Los Angeles (LAX), and San Francisco (SFO). The sale is valid for select travel dates through October 28, 2023. Sample fares include San Francisco to Hong Kong from $804 round-trip in economy; Los Angeles to Manila, Philippines, from $679 round-trip in economy; and New York to Bangkok from $741 round-trip in economy.
Alaska Airlines flights as low as $29 each way
Zip around the West Coast this winter with Alaska Airlines flights that are extremely discounted this Cyber Monday. Sample fares include Portland to Sacramento from $29 each way, San Francisco to Seattle from $49 each way, San Diego to Austin from $59 each way, and New York (JFK) to Seattle from $99 each way. Travel must be booked by November 30 and take place between January 9 and March 8, 2023.
Round-trip to Paris for $300 with Play
No-frills Icelandic low-cost carrier Play Airlines is offering 35 percent off one-way flights and 40 percent off round-trip flights from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), and New York’s Stewart International Airport (SWF) to all of Play’s European destinations. Book now through November 29, 2022, and the deal is valid for flights booked through March 31, 2023. (We clicked around and were able to find $300 round-trip flights to Paris from New York.)

Round-trip to Delhi from $864 with Etihad Airways
If you’ve got the Middle East or South Asia on your mind, you may want to check out the Black Friday sale from Etihad Airways, the national carrier for the United Arab Emirates. Sample fares include $819 for a round-trip economy flight from Chicago to Mumbai, $864 for round-trip from New York to Delhi, and $963 round-trip from Washington, D.C. to Dubai. The promotional airfares are available for bookings made by November 29 for travel from January 15 through April 13, 2023.
Domestic fares from $25 with Breeze Airways
Low-cost carrier Breeze Airways has a one-day-only sale on Cyber Monday (November 28) with one-way domestic fares as low as $25. The deal applies to travel that takes place from January 4 through February 14, 2023. “Fares have never been cheaper and there’s no penalty to cancel or change dates later,” stated Breeze president Tom Doxey in a release about the Cyber Monday offer.
One-way domestic American Airlines flights from under $100
American has put a slew of domestic one-way fares on sale for under $100, and another batch of flights is on sale for under $200 for Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
